The launch of the top Nike Mercurial Superfly 360 Elite WTM boots is timed to coincide with the 20th anniversary of the Mercurial brand, which has been delighting us with quality and corporate style on the football fields of the entire planet for a couple of decades. From a distance, the Nike Mercurial Superfly 360 Elite WTM looks simple, but on closer inspection, they amaze with their three-dimensional pattern and style, kept in the same style and color. The woven print is a nod to the 1998 and 2002 mercurials, and the “M” on the tongue marks Ronaldo’s first appearance in the boot line on March 8, 1998.

To be honest, this shoe is technologically identical to the recent Nike Mercurial Superfly VI Elite, which heralded a new era of boots. Design aside, these are exactly the same boots. That is why we will briefly go over their strengths:

  • Flyknit woven one-piece upper with special micro-texture;
  • two types of cover: NikeSkin + all-weather ACC;
  • special Swoosh design for better ball contact;
  • Dynamic Fit sock for ankle support;
  • full-grip upper construction.

The lightweight, innovative two-piece outsole has 5 studs at the rear, just like in the 2016 version, which also gives a kind of nod to the past.

All in all, the Nike Mercurial Superfly 360 Elite WTM is the best in the sports lab right now, so it’s worth your while. Well, of course, also their special design will be a great reason to replenish your collection with a new pair, which will become very significant over time.
